Exhaust manifolds are used for conveying exhaust gasses from the engine to turbocharger. The main section and end section manifold developed by us using investment castings is a new concept this tire 2 integrated manifold has been designed comprising main manifold liners and bellows for locomotive engines of Type V12 and V16.

 

The main section manifold is developed by the investment casting process using material to grade AISI 309 has a finished weight of 10.00kgs. and shell thickness of 3.50mm.

 

The end section manifold is developed by the investment casting process using material to grade CA6NM has a finished weight of 8.10kgs. and shell thickness of 4.00 mm.
